About this view ↗

Planetary orbits use heliocentric orbital elements from NASA/JPL Horizons, refreshed every six hours, and Kepler’s equation between updates. Saved data or JPL’s published approximate elements keep the view available during outages. The fallback Earth orbit represents the Earth–Moon barycenter. Distances and body sizes are adjusted for visibility; this is an illustrated view, not a navigation tool. Planet textures: JPL/Caltech/USGS; some are representative artwork. Our sun is Eric’s cropped, looping video with an illustrated corona.
